I now autodial clients from Skype. Is there a contact manager with a VOIP auto dialer phone feature?

Skype is not a contact manager but you can autodial from it. I want to find an application that is a contact manager that also has the ability to auto dial and make PC to phone call over the internet free.

You may want to look at NCH Software’s Express Dial telephone dialer:

It integrates with PSTN landline phones and VoIP if used with their Softphone.
