My World of warcraft is weird wen i log in its all blured since the last patch can sum1 help me?

I have the lich king expansion but in the last patch wen i open wow the screen is all blured and wen i log in i cant c the action bars or any char details.I tried to reset the interface and used the reset and repair but its still the same
