Wireless card problems or not?

I need big help i have a compaq armada m300 series laptop pentium 3 600mhz processer and 369mb of ram my problem is that when i go to the internet my wireless card shuts off and makes this odd noise when it does now this is with the dock on and it does the same thing as when the dock is off my wireless card model is a cisco aironet 350 series wireless lan adapter i really need help because i need my laptop
BTW i tried a different wireless cards and it still does the same thing

mybe your wireless card dosent like you. LOL
It could be just old. You will need a new wireless card.
